With over 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg legal market, Fabien is an expert in fund finance, acquisition finance, and restructuring. His practice focuses on advising financial institutions, fund sponsors and corporate clients on a broad range of complex financing transactions, including capital call facilities, LBOs, and large-scale real estate developments.
He also has extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, providing strategic guidance to clients navigating distressed situations, debt restructurings, and workouts, as well as in capital market matters focusing on debt issuance and listing.
Fabien is ranked for Banking & Finance in Chambers & Partners Europe, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000.
He graduated in 2001 from the University of Bordeaux (France) and in 2002 with a LL.M in European Law from the Saarland University (Germany).
He is qualified in Luxembourg and speaks French, English and German.
