- Services
Debroise Legal, SARL provides legal services in accordance with Luxembourg law. Our services include, but are ot limited to, advising clients on banking and financing, insolvency and restructuring, and corporate law matters.
The scope of our services will be defined in a separate engagement letter.
- Client Engagement
Before commencing any work, we will provide you with an engagement letter outlining the scope of our services, fees, and other relevant terms.
- Client Identification
We are required by law to verify the identity of our clients. You agree to provide us with the necessary documentation for this purpose.
- Fees and Payment
- Fee Structure: Our fees are based on hourly rates or fixed fees. The applicable rates will be detailed in the engagement letter.
- Invoicing: Invoices will generally be issued upon completion of work. Payment is due within 21 days of the invoice date.
- Late Payments: Interest may be charged on late payments at a rate of 5% per annum.
- Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. However, we may disclose information if required by law or with your consent.
- Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise stated to the contrary in an engagement letter, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to EUR 2,000,000, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
